Tilt Walls
Concrete Tilt-Wall is a method of constructing walls and panels by pouring concrete into forms on the ground, allowing them to harden, and then raised into place to form a wall and allows for more cost effective building processes in South Texas.
Concrete tilt-up construction is fast becoming the most popular form of construction for manufacturing and warehouse applications. The concrete wall panels are formed and poured on the new interior floor slab. They are then lifted into place by crane and braced back to the floor. The steel structure holds the panels up once everything is erected. Tilt-up panels provide a more economical solution than pre-cast panels because they are both load bearing, eliminating the steel skeleton, and do not have any shipping costs. It also costs only about 5% more than a traditional metal building but provide a much more durable and energy efficient building

L&G Concrete Construction, Inc. uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment to provide our clients with the highest quality standards. L&G Concrete Construction Inc. owns and uses the S-240 Laser Screed to produce high-quality floors. The S-240 Laser Screed produces slab-on-grade concrete floors that are flatter and stronger than any comparative floors produced by using conventional methods. The Laser Screed has been proven on more than 500,000,000 square feet of floors worldwide.

The firm has actively engaged in providing professional construction services for commercial and industrial clients since its inception in 1984. We perform a variety of specialty concrete work with state-of-the-art equipment and expertise to create very flat concrete floors, which are preferred in manufacturing and distribution facilities. Our talent and expertise provides us with the capacity to complete our projects within the scheduled time frame and in line with budgetary constraints.
Erasmo Lopez and Pablo Garza Jr. formed L&G Concrete Construction in 1984 with experience dating back to 1978. They specialize in the concrete and site work portion of projects built by General Contractors and Owners through out the Rio Grande Valley. L&G Concrete Construction has the resources, both men and equipment, to build the finest quality concrete facilities for all types of building concrete work including high-rise, low-rise, tilt-up industrial, manufacturing and distribution facilities.
